The Hope Of The World

Bottom line: The hope of the world is reconciliation and peace with God through the finished work of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ is the mediator of hope. Our hope is not in a nation, a political party, a president, government leaders, or a country, not even America. Our hope is not simply for this world or lifetime. Our hope is found in Jesus. The means of that hope is our faith in His finished work on the cross of Calvary. And the manifestation of that hope (i.e. its ultimate fulfillment) is yet to come. Like Abraham, our hope lies in promises that will be fulfilled.
