Bottom line: My guilt is erased when God's forgiveness is embraced.
My past no longer enslaves me when I actively relate to the One who saves me.
How do we move forward when we need to receive forgiveness? When we need our guilt to be lifted? When we need the memory of our wrong doing to be erased?
Embracing forgiveness is both a choice in time and a process over time.
To move forward and find peace we will have to deal with Regretful Memories, Real Repentance, and Relational Forgiveness.
